Paraprofessionals play a crucial role in our school community, providing a range of support that enhances the inclusivity of our classrooms. These trained and credentialed educational workers offer specialized assistance to students, including instructional, language, behavioral, physical, and medical support. They may assist individual students during lessons, facilitate small group activities, or lead modified lessons under the teacher's guidance. Additionally, they provide targeted support outside of class, such as aiding with reading or math. With their diverse skill sets, paraprofessionals take on various responsibilities to ensure that students in need of extra support receive assistance both in the classroom and in designated learning spaces within the school.
Thank you to our dedicated paraprofessionals!
